InvoiceXpress is an invoicing software that, integrated with your CRM, allows for increased efficiency in invoice, receipt, and credit note issuance processes.
In this article, find out the step-by-step process for integrating it into your CRM:
For this integration, it is essential to have an account with InvoiceXpress. Until this process is completed, you will not be able to use the invoicing module.
The account must be created directly on the InvoiceXpress page. When creating it, you can enjoy a 30-day trial period:
If the company has a VAT in Portugal, during this 30-day period, InvoiceXpress does not communicate with the Portal das Finanças.
Your subscription must be paid for communication with the Portal das Finanças to be made.
In Spain, there is currently no obligation to communicate with any state entity.
After creating your account on InvoiceXpress, you must integrate it with your CRM through the API.
In the InvoiceXpress back office, access your profile in the upper right corner. Then, click on Account Preferences:
Next, click on the API and Plugins option:
In this area, you will obtain 2 parameters that will be necessary for integration with your CRM: ACCOUNT_NAME and API_KEY
Configure these parameters within the CASAFARI CRM. If your VAT is the same for all your agencies and invoicing is done only by one entity, follow the following procedure:
In the main menu, access the Configuration area - General Data - Others.
Fill in the fields with the Account Name and API Key obtained in the InvoiceXpress back office:
Click on Save.
If the VAT varies for each of your agencies, in addition to creating an account with InvoiceXpress for each one of them, you will also need to generate API data for each agency, following the procedure described in points 1 and 2.
In the CRM, the Account Name and API Key must also be filled out by the agency. To do this, you must:
In the Configuration area, access the Agency List.
Choose the agency and click Edit.
In the Invoicing tab, fill in the fields related to InvoiceXpress.
Click on Save.
After finishing the setup, you can start using our invoicing module!
Note: It is not possible to put the logo on invoices from CASAFARICRM. This information must be inserted directly in the InvoiceXpress back office.
