Optimize the management of your activities by adding recurring events to the calendar and reminders. Keep track of all your business-related tasks and track their progress.
See below how to create recurring activities:
1 - Create an event*.
2 - Define the event type, name, property, customer, and lead.
3 - Indicate the start and end date and if it is a recurring event, select its periodicity.
4 - Add a description and enable the option "Show only in Events calendar" if you want to keep this activity only in the history.
5 - Click on Save.
After creating the event, CRM will show an alert informing you that the task has been created in the calendar for the next 365 days.
Reminder settings:
If the recurring event is "Email" type, you can customize the recipients and text that should be sent in the reminder. In this type of event, the recipient can be the owner of a property to be visited and/or the client who will visit it.
1 - Start by defining the text that will be sent in the reminder. Go to the Configuration - Automatic Texts area.
2 - Check the option "Event Reminder" and define the destination, title, and reminder text.
3 - Apply translations and click Save.
Setting reminder sending:
1 . In recurring events, go to the "Reminders" option.
2. Click on the "Add reminder" option and indicate the method of sending the notification.
3. Define how early the reminder should be sent.
If the recurring event is of the "Email" type, you can customize the recipients and text that should be sent in the reminder.
To do so, click on the edit button and define who should receive and personalize the content.
