Synchronization of your CASAFARI account in CRM
1. In the top right corner, go to your profile and click on “Settings”.
2. Go to the “CASAFARI” tab and enter your CASAFARI account email and password.
3. In the end, click on “Synchronize” and then “Save”.*
Access to the CASAFARI platform
With just one click on CASAFARI CRM, you access all the relevant data of the real estate market. From here, you can see the listings published in the real estate portals and all the property details. 1. Activate the toggle “CASAFARI” to access the platform.

4. Set alerts to be notified of any changes to the property and mark the property as a Favorite.

Search Engine (Metasearch)
If a property in the CRM is available on the CASAFARI network, it will be displayed in the search engine. In this way, you are aware of which other agencies are selling your properties, as well as all the information and price of the properties.
1. In Properties, go to List.
2. Choose a property and access the detail.
3. Click on the option “Metasearch” and see all ads for this property on CASAFARI.
If any agency is selling the same property at a lower price, it will be alerted in the property list in the CRM.
Comparative Market Analysis
Comparative Market Analysis (CMA) allows you to calculate the estimated asking market value for a property at a specific point in time by analyzing comparable property values in a given area.
Create CMA in the CRM:
1. In the Properties area, go to List.
2. Choose a property and access the detail.
3. Click on the option "Price Analysis".
4. Click on the option "Download pdf" and access the complete analysis.

Private Properties
Only with CASAFARI CRM, you can have complete visibility on all new properties coming on the market for sale by the owner, in real-time.
1. Go to Properties - Private Properties.
2. Define the listing agent who will be responsible for each location.
3. View all properties for sale by owner, as well as the source, contacts, and property description.
4. Click on “Create Lead” to add a new business.
