With the Lead Importer you don't waste time creating leads and business opportunities manually. Focus on what really matters: nurture your relationship with the customer!


The Lead Importer automatically collects contact requests from the website and real estate portals into the CRM.


Internally, CRM imports new leads every 15 minutes.



How to set up a lead importer:


If you use Google Suite tools, you need to make the following settings:

 

1. Send an e-mail to help@casafaricrm.com, requesting the activation of this functionality and indicate which email you should receive the code for configuring the lead importer in Gmail.


2. The internal configuration will be complete when you receive the email:


“Hello AGENCY NAME,

This email is to inform you that the lead importer functionality is already active in your CRM.

Therefore, we ask you to create the following rule in your mail server:


  • Forward all incoming emails from your Leads account (or accounts, if you have different emails per portal) to agencyname@feedcruncher.com 

 

This is an automated email that will insert the leads into your CRM.

3. Set up the email you received in the previous communication by logging in: 

 

    i. To Gmail, under Settings - View all settings - Forwarding and POP/IMAP - Forwarding:

 



   ii. Click Save Changes.

 

4. You will receive a confirmation code which you must configure in Gmail (Settings - View all settings - Forwarding and POP/IMAP - Forwarding) or click the link to confirm the forwarding of leads.

 

5. Click Save Changes.



If you use other email providers, simply send the request as indicated in step 1 of the Setup. Next, create a rule on your email server to forward all leads to: agencyname@feedcruncher.com .



In case you have an Outlook/Office 365 account, you should also allow automatic forwarding of emails to an external domain. The steps you have to follow are in this article.




Besides importing leads from the website and real estate portals, CASAFARI CRM can also import new contacts made from any other source, such as: campaigns from social networks (Facebook, among others) or GoogleAds.


In order to receive leads from any other source, it's essential that you send an email to: agencyname@feedcruncher.com  , according to the format below:


Name:

Email:

Phone:

Origin:

Message:


These fields should be fully populated and cannot be changed or translated into other languages.


When this format is filled in, the CRM will be able to import the leads and create the origin automatically in the system.

Notes:

Leads are imported into the CRM under the following conditions:


  • The lead will be associated with the agency to which the property belongs;

  • By default, the lead will never be associated with an agent.

There is a possibility to associate leads to agents automatically. However, this request should be requested through the email: help@casafaricrm.com so that all the configurations can be made according to the agency specifications.
