The Ownerlink is a reserved area, made available especially to property owners, so that they can follow, in real time, the actions developed by the real estate agency/agent in the disclosure and marketing of their properties.
Through Ownerlink, the owner can know:
Number of clicks your properties have had on the agency's website;
Number of Smartlinks sent to potential clients that included your properties;
Number of visits and feedback from potential clients;
Real estate portals where your properties are published.
This area allows direct communication between the agent and the owner, add and view files, get an average price estimate and view data of similar properties.
Ownerlink configuration:
1. Go to Contacts - List of sellers.
2. Select the contact and access the details.
3. On the General tab, fill in the tax number of the owner.
4. Go to the Properties tab and associate all the seller's properties.
5. Go to the Ownerlink tab and click on “Generate Ownerlink”.
6. Copy the link and/or share it by email*.
7. Click Save.
Organisation of Information for Ownerlink:
1. Go to Configuration - General Data.
2. In the Ownerlink tab, organise the panels with the information you want to show in the reserved area.
3. Click Save.
Access and Use of Ownerlink:
1. Enter your tax number and login to Ownerlink;
2. Go to the Properties tab to see the list and details of the properties.
3. In the “Website Clicks” area, select the time interval and see how many clicks each property has had on the agency's website.
4. In the “Portals” tab, access the list of real estate portals where the properties are being advertised.
5. In the “Opportunities/Visits” tab, select the time interval and see, by day, the quantity of leads obtained and visits made to properties.
6. See feedback** from potential clients to visits made to the property.
7. The owner can communicate with the agent through the message area*** and access the conversation history.
8. In the area “Sending to potential customers”, select the period and access the number of Smartlinks sent and the number of clicks on properties.
9. See if the value of the property is within the average market price and data of similar properties, taking into account the typology, type of property and location.
It is essential that you check with your CASAFARI CRM account manager if Ownerlink is active before you start your setting.
Notes:
*To share the Ownerlink URL by email, the contact must have already accepted the OPT-IN request and have the Ownerlink registration email completed.
Follow the step by step:
1. Go to Settings - Automated texts.
2. Go to the Ownerlink tab and type in the email title and text.
3. Click Save.
**Property visit feedback is shown in the Ownerlink if the agent makes the comment available to the owner. This action can be done:
Through the APP:
1. Access the CASAFARI CRM APP and click on Calendar.
2. Choose an event of the type “Property Visit”.
3. Access the detail and check, in the Properties area, the option “Feedback”.
4. Write the feedback of the visit and click on “Send to owner”.
Through the CRM:
Go to the Event List and select one of the type “Property Visit”.
Click on “Feedback” and write the comments.
Select the option “Send to owner”.
Click “Save”.
***The owner will be able to contact the agent through Ownerlink. The agent will be able to view and reply to messages through the CRM:
1. Go to notifications to see new messages from the owner.
2. Click on the notification to be directed to the owner's profile.
3. Reply and view the conversation history in the message area.
