Find what the client is looking for and present them with quick and highly personalised proposals.
Check out the step-by-step:
From the Leads tab:
1. Access Leads/Businesses - Sales - List.
2. Select the Lead and access the detail.
3. In the Client area, click on "Generate Smartlink".
4. See the characteristics of the property that the client is looking for and click on "Filter the Profile" to see the list of properties.
5. Select the properties and click on "Generate Smartlink".
6. Choose the "Send via WhatsApp" option.
7. Proceed to the WhatsApp* conversation.
From the Contacts tab:
1. Go to Contacts - Sellers List.
2. Select the contact and go to the detail.
3. In the "Profile" tab, view the properties the customer is looking for and click on "Filter Profile".
4. Select the properties and click on "Generate Smartlink".
5. Choose the option "Send via WhatsApp".
6. Proceed to the WhatsApp* conversation.
It's essential that the contact has set their phone number and country in their profile so you can share Smartlinks through WhatsApp.
Note:
You must either install WhatsApp on your computer or use WhatsApp on the Web. For the latter case, scan the QR code that appears on your computer screen.
