Lead management is essential to growing your business!

 

Create new opportunities, make your property portfolio known and close deals.

 

Create new Lead:

 

1. Go to Leads/Business - List.

2. Click on the “Add Lead” option.


3. Fill in the name and contacts of the potential customer.

4. Define if the lead is a sales or prospecting lead.

5. Choose the origin of the lead, define the responsible agent and the property of interest.

6. Write a message, click on create and go to the lead detail.


 

Note:

 

When creating sales leads and/or prospecting leads, it is important to have already defined the statuses for both types of leads. If you have not defined the lead statuses, you will not be able to add new leads in the CRM.
