Find out how you can make a membership request. Consult the contacts you need and the respective conditions.
1. Go to Properties - Export to Portals - Portals Catalogue.
2. In the list, see the business model of each portal.
3. Look in the column Contacts, the email and / or phone.
4. In the Actions column, click on “Request registration” and put the contact details.
5. Click Activate.
Notes:
Property Limit
The limit of properties to be exported depends on the agreement your agency has with each portal.
If there is no limit, select the option “unlimited properties”. When you have finished configuring a new property, select the option “Visible on website” for the property to be exported.
If there is a limit, configure the amount of properties that can be exported. When you have new properties to export or to remove from the portals you will have to do it manually.
Portal Activation
On portal activation, the system selects all properties to export unless:
- The portal is not in real time (Fair Cost, Rightmove, ImmobilienScout24, FotoCasa, Habitaclia, Pisos.com, Imovirtual).
- The set limit of properties is lower than the total amount of properties available in the CRM.
- The set limit of properties is higher than the total amount in CRM, all the properties will be exported, except the new properties you add to your portfolio.
Data and export rules of the portals
The activation data differs between portals and is provided directly by each one. The same applies to export rules.
Check here how to see the export rules for each of the portals:
1. Go to Properties - Export to Portals - Property Selection.
2. Select the Portal.
3. Click on “Portal Rules”.
Communication
When activating a portal, it is important that you contact your portal's commercial manager and inform that the export of properties will now be done by CASAFARI CRM.
Communication with portals is done on a daily basis and takes about 20 minutes to send the complete feed of properties.
In the case of Kyero portal (free portal), the feed is updated only once a week.
However, the time with which portals apply the feed sent will depend from portal to portal.
It is essential to check that properties have been properly exported,
regardless of whether you activate a free or subscription-based portal.
This feature is available for all CASAFARI CRM users.
