Create alerts of the various actions that occur in the CRM and the APP. Be notified by email and within the CRM.

 

Create and manage notifications:


1. In the top right corner, go to your profile and click on "Settings".





2. Go to the "Notifications" tab.

3. Indicate whether alerts should be shown in CRM or in CRM and email.



4. Indicate whether you want to receive alerts for actions occurring in the APP.



5. Click Save.

 

Scheduling of alerts:


1. Go to Settings - General Data - Others.

2. Configure the period after which you want to receive alerts for unread notifications*, expiry of the energy certificate and contract expiry.


3. Click Save.

 



Note:


*If you have not read the notifications in the CRM, they can be sent to you by email. You have to define when you want to receive them.If you do not set a specific time, the system sends you an email 2 hours later.




This feature is available for all CASAFARI CRM users.
